Sometimes we make the excuse that we don’t have time to really move and feel our bodies.  Well, that simply isn’t true.  There is always enough time!  Even if all you can spare is 12 minutes you can squeeze a short and sweet practice in.  Here I’ve fit 10 poses in almost 10 minutes– a great way for you to start your day or gather your wits before kids barge in after school.  See how mindfully connecting with your breath and body, even just for a few minutes, can shift your energy and your attitude 🙂

(Just a warning, my dog was in the room with the camera and the poor girl is suffering from allergies and is super itchy.  Just ignore the itchy dog and rattling collar background noises near the end, please!)
