A 12 week deep dive to gain insight into who you are now and who you are becoming.  You’ll take actions that really nourish and nurture you so that you have the capacity to serve your loved ones and community unselfishly.

January- Self-Awareness

Understand the difference between being selfish and self-aware, learn the self-coaching model that can help you solve ANY problem you’re facing, and find some self-compassion, acceptance, and love.

February- Needs

Dig deep to determine your most fundamental needs using ancient wisdom from Ayurveda and modern positive psychology to know what our unique body type and personality needs to thrive.

March- Habits

Put the rubber to the road and implement small habits and rituals that make a huge impact.  Put meeting your needs on autopilot so you can spend your energy on serving, loving and living wholeheartedly.

Video lessons

Every week a new video lesson will be available to watch any time.

Live group coaching

Meet weekly via Zoom to discuss that week’s lesson and receive live coaching.

Yoga and Meditation

Each week there will be a live yoga and meditation class via Zoom that builds on that month’s theme.

Private coaching

Everyone in the program will get 3 hours of free one-on-one coaching.
